​If you check the wrong date of your check-in date and then request the cancellation of the booking before 3 days, then we will make a full refund of the payment. However, if you ask us for the cancellation before 2 days, then we will charge 1 night of the full payment, and for the cancellation on your arrival date, we will take a full charge. Also, if you want to change the booking date or ask for a group booking, please ask us through a phone or email inquiry. in the case of a room change for the booking date change, an additional charge may occur with a room upgrade due to the room on the changed date being booked by other guests.

​Our motel has non-refundable rooms. Basically, once the payment is completed, then that is non-refundable.
